Our Mission
The SAS Foundation was established in December of 2002 in honor of Scott A. Shemenski, a lacrosse player, coach and tireless worker for the development of youth lacrosse in Rhode Island. The foundation has made numerous grants over the years to lacrosse programs in need of help to make the playing experience a memorable one. This is the foundation’s mission, which with your help will continue for years to come.
